By registering for or participating in any webinar, coaching session, or related service (“Event”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Informational Purposes Only
   All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute individualized coaching or medical advice.

2. No Automatic Client Relationship
   Participation in an Event does not create a client–coach relationship unless separately agreed upon in writing.

3. Intellectual Property
   All materials (slides, recordings, handouts, and related content) are the property of Shannon Rowbury, LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without prior written consent.

4. Refund Policy

• For paid events: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once registration is complete, except if the Event is canceled by the organizer.

• For free events: Registration is provided at no charge, and no refunds apply.

1. Modifications
   We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel Events and to update these Terms at any time.

2. Limitation of Liability
   Events are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shannon Rowbury, LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from participation.

3. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
