Shannon Rowbury is a three-time Olympian, Olympic bronze medalist, and two-time World bronze medalist who brings world-class performance tools to business and leadership environments. As the creator of Medalist Mindset™, Shannon helps leaders and teams strengthen resilience, improve performance under pressure, and build a mindset for long-term success.

She is also the co-author of Strong as a Mother, a complete pregnancy-to-postpartum health program developed by Olympic athletes and pelvic health experts, designed to empower women with medically grounded, confidence-building guidance through pregnancy and postpartum.
